Dr. Elisa Alt, Dr. Ivan Montiel and Prof. Minna Halme will join us for this session to discuss publishing sustainability research for PhDs, Postdocs and early assistant professors. We will focus on questions such as which the different audiences are for sustainability research, how to publish for impact and what to think about in preparation for the job market.

The GROW!EarlyCareer events are an initiative that GRONEN is initiating to enhance community-building opportunities following the developmental spirit of GRONEN. The idea of the events is to offer a platform where early career researchers (primarily PhD and early postdoc/assistant professors) have the opportunity to discuss a range of career-development topics together with 2-3 experienced researchers. The events will start with a semi-structured online panel debate/ interview during which the guests discuss several broader questions related to the specific topic with a host moderating the discussion.

We are currently planning to organize approximately 4 events per year (February/ May/ September/ November). Stay tuned and follow us on social media to receive all the updates!!
