The GROW!EarlyCareer events are an initiative that GRONEN is initiating to enhance community-building opportunities following the developmental spirit of GRONEN. The idea of the events is to offer a platform where early career researchers (primarily PhD and early postdoc/assistant professors) have the opportunity to discuss a range of career-development topics together with 2-3 experienced researchers. The events will start with a semi-structured online panel debate/ interview during which the guests discuss several broader questions related to the specific topic, with a host moderating the discussion.
