\"\"Management research can positively affect business practice and society. Research can reduce uncertainty managers face in decision-making. Social scientists can identify solutions to social issues and grand challenges like COVID-19. However, management and organizational researchers currently lack the capacity and social infrastructure to maximize our positive impact on society.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Impact Scholar Community<\/a> aims to build the capacity to create positive social impact. Organized by and for early-career researchers, the Impact Scholar Community closely collaborates with senior scholars, and other impact-focused research organizations to equip early-career researchers for making positive change.<\/span><\/p>\n

We at GRONEN support the Impact Scholar Community. We would like to encourage you to shape this emerging community and to join the inaugural meeting on April 23rd, 2020<\/strong>.
