Authors will be notified about the status of their submission on 15 March 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our goal is to motivate submissions that foster GRONEN\u2019s mission of high-quality research on organizations and the natural environment. We encourage submissions related to the conference theme on \u2018Mainstreaming Sustainability?\u2019 (see the call for papers <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gronenonline.com\/_gronen1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Mainstreaming-Sustainability-CfP-GRONEN-FINAL.pdf\">here<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guidelines<\/strong>: Submissions should not exceed 8000 words, including tables, figures, and references. Submissions must include a short abstract of up to 250 words. Even though we ask for full paper submissions, these can be work-in-progress papers. Authors can submit multiple papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quality Criteria and Best Paper Award<\/strong>: Submissions will be evaluated based on fit with GRONEN\u2019s mission and\/or the conference theme, as well as rigour, relevance, and innovativeness (theoretically, methodologically, and\/or practically). Best papers will be selected for a best paper award. Decisions on the award will be announced during the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Submissions to PhD Days<\/strong>: <\/strong>In addition to submitting papers to the GRONEN conference, PhD students are encouraged to apply for&nbsp;the&nbsp;GRONEN\u2019s PhD days on 27 and 28 May 2024.&nbsp;To apply, they&nbsp;are required to&nbsp;submit an extended abstract of around 2,000 words (excluding references) and a one-page motivation letter by 31 January 2024.
