We invite scholars who submit their work to the conference to also submit their work for publication in the special issue.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Keynotes Speakers:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\/lums\/people\/gail-whiteman\"><em>Gail Whiteman<\/em><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/business.gwu.edu\/herman-aguinis\"><em>Hermann Aguinis<\/em><\/a> are remarkable scholars that will inspire you and show you the way to make your research more relevant and rigorous.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The venue<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The University of Almer\u00eda Campus is located directly by the Mediterranean Sea. We will visit \u201cCabo de Gata\u201d Natural Park with magnificent beaches, try \u201cTapas\u201d where they were first invented, and enjoy Spanish nightlife.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H. Aguinis, A. Aragon-Correa, S. Carmona, T. Hahn, A. Marcus, J. Pinkse, M. Russo, J. Sarkis, S. Sharma, M. Zollo<\/strong> and many other extraordinary scholars will participate in plenary sessions and PDWs.
